Collection of information will occur at the time you purchase from Collegians Football Club Inc (CFC Inc.). These purchases can be made on our website at www.collegiansfc.com.au.

Use of your Information

We collect information about you in order to deliver your order, process your payment arrangements, and contact you in the case of ongoing subscription payments, subscription cancellations or major disruption to collegiansfc.com.au.

When you order through CFC Inc., or provide any information to collegiansfc.com.au for any other purposes such as joining the newsletter, your personal information will be entered into a database.

CFC Inc. are able to view your name and contact details and this helps ensure the speed and efficiency of any of your dealings with Collegians. Unless you tell us otherwise CFC Inc. may, in addition to the above, use this information to send you material about future Collegians FC related events and activities. In order to facilitate these events and activities, CFC Inc. may need to provide this information to organisations that provide services to Collegians FC such as event organisations and companies in partnership agreements with CFC Inc. These event organisations and companies in partnership agreements with CFC Inc. will not otherwise share your information for research or marketing purposes with any other organisation.

Orders

We request customer information including contact information and financial information (credit card number and expiration date) on our purchase or subscription order form. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Delivery of Orders

Delivery of orders through collegiansfc.com.au will be initiated on receipt of payment processing clearance. Membership and event access will be immediate and product purchase will process for dispatch and delivery.
