Ian Rice Big V Legend Induction

On Friday 6th June, Ian Rice will be inducted as a Big V Legend at the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) State Representation Lunch — a fitting recognition for one of Collegians’ great football figures.
Ian’s contribution to Collegians and the VAFA has been exceptional, and this honour celebrates decades of commitment, leadership and service to amateur football.
A proud Collegians man, Ian represented the club with distinction through his toughness, competitiveness and unwavering loyalty. His influence extended far beyond the field, with generations of players benefiting from his mentorship, support and passion for team success. Few people have contributed more to the Collegians community and the Victorian Amateur Football Association than Ian.
It would be wonderful to see many of Ian’s friends, former teammates and past players attend the lunch to witness what will be a very special moment for both Ian and Collegians. The occasion promises to be a fitting celebration of an outstanding football career and a chance to honour a true club legend among those who know him best.
